  • Do I need to install any software?

    No. EventsAdmin is completely web-based. All you need is web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox. 

  • How do I get started?

    It's pretty easy!

    1. You send us the information of the event (event type, dates, venue, registration/ticket types, description, etc). For scientific papers the "Call for paper" suffices.
    2. We setup your event page within 2 business days (max).
    3. We provide training on the usage of the platform
    4. We go live on https://YouEventsName.EventsAdmin.com 

     

     

  • Can I make changes after publishing the event page?

    Of course you can. You will have access to a powerful administration panel from where you will be able to manage all aspects of the event. 

  • Do I need a website?

    No, you don't need an existing website. EventsAdmin allows you to create a full-featured website without any extra cost. This feature is available to all licensing packages.

  • Can I use my domain?

    Yes, you can.

    Please note that there are some technical prerequisites related to the domain's DNS record management. 

  • Can I use EventsAdmin only for the collection and management of abstracts?

    Yes, you can. Handling registrations for participation and online payments trough EventsAdmin can be optional.

  • I already have a website for my event. Do I need to update two websites?

    No, you don't. You can setup EventsAdmin as a registration form that opens in a new window through a link from your current website. 

    The same is true if you want to use EventsAdmin only for collecting and managing abstracts and peer reviews for scientific conferences.
