The EventsAdmin mobile app includes all the features provided by the event website. Through the app the users are able to:
- Register for participation
- Submit their abstract
- Access their account
- Check information published through the website builder.
Push notifications
EventsAdmin allows event organizers to send push notifications whenever they want to communicate to the users the approaching deadlines, new information or when they want to call them to take action.
Attendees
check-in
EventsAdmin mobile app can be used by event organizers to check in attendees during the event.
Check in the attendees by scanning the barcode or QR code of the attendee ticket (or registration confirmation) or by searching for its contact details (name, email, telephone).
Should a ticket has already been used, this is immediately displayed in your screen.
Fully branded mobile app
EventsAdmin's mobile app allows users to view and manage multiple events from the same application without having to download a new app for each different conference.
Users are able to bookmark multiple events in their home screen and then easily access them whenever they want.
A fully branded option is available for premium events. In that case we prepare a version exclusively for your event, which we make available on Google Play Store and on Apple App Store, under your event's name.
